The Joy of Giving

Have you ever wondered why God cares about your money? In the New Testament alone, money is mentioned over 200 times. Money appears to important to God, yet He doesn't need it. People often criticize the church for their focus on money. To be honest, more than one pastor has taken advantage of the generosity of God's people. It might lead some to ask, "Why should I give to the church?"

It is significant that the only time God tells us to test him is found in Malachi 3:10-11. Here, God promises not only to provide for us, he promises to bless us if we give. Join us for the next three weeks as we look at what God says about money and discover the Joy of Giving.
